From our Twinkle Diamond collection, this heart pendant has a center diamond that rocks back and forth for maximum sparkle! The double heart design has a diamond-cut accent that looks like diamonds. The center diamond is .03 carat and is set in an illusion setting to make it look a bit larger and add sparkle. Metal is rhodium-plated sterling silver.
